Our workshops are designed to help optimise participants nutrition through a fun and engaging cooking experience.

Participants will use tailored, easy to follow recipes created by Jacques and receive general wellbeing, diet and lifestyle guidance and tips from nutritional therapist Teresa Jayne.

Each hands-on workshop provides a fantastic learning environment with plenty of time for questions and discussion.

We begin each workshop with a talk by Teresa Jayne. We serve refreshing green tea throughout and conclude by dining together enjoying the delicious food we have cooked.

There will be a limited number of participants per workshop to ensure a relaxed environment, so make sure to book in advance! The workshops take place in Fleet, Hampshire and Bristol
